I just returned from having my hair colored and highlighted with Christie at Renata's in Grapevine. I've been to a lot of salons all over the metroplex, from the fancy salons in Dallas, Arlington and Fort Worth, to smaller salons. Christie, at Renata's, captured exactly what I wanted to do with my hair. She listens, advises, works with her co-workers to come up with the best color and highlighting plan and then executes it with ease. She's wonderfully upbeat and friendly, making the process a lot of fun. Occupying the beautifully decorated Dorris House in the historic district of Grapevine, Texas, this salon is abuzz with activity. The staff is accommodating and friendly. They also keep up their own good looks. They are all beautiful and vibrant stylists -- making me want to hang there for more salon services, such as microdermabrasions, facials and massages. My husband gave me a gift certificate that you could choose from many different spas. I did some research and read some reviews before deciding on Renata Salon. Let me tell you, it was a great choice. I've never enjoyed a facility so much and the staff made me feel like and old friend from the minute I set foot in the door. I highly recommend this place. I'm already hinting to my husband for another gift!
